Baroda Extrusion Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Baroda Extrusion Limited informed the BSE Limited that the company`s book closure will be from September 18, 2026, to September 24, 2026, for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at the registered office through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio -Visual Means (OAVM), with a dividend payable per share of NIL.

Sales rose 21.98% to Rs 55.94 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 45.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 62.83% to Rs 7.33 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 19.72 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
