Medicamen Biotech Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the 33rd Annual General Meeting and to determine entitlement for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with a record date of September 19, 2026.

For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 9.35% to Rs 162.55 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 30.87% to Rs 6.56 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1889% to Rs 7.62 crore, and PBT collapsed by 24.46% to Rs 9.88 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 7.19 crore in FY26, as against Rs 0.37 crore in FY25. Medicamen Biotech Ltd nosedived by 29.78% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.05% during the same period.

Medicamen Biotech will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Medicamen Biotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
