Kanohar Electricals Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results along with a limited review report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for dealing in the company`s securities is closed for designated persons and their relatives from September 16, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
