VST Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that KFin Technologies Ltd. has confirmed compliance of dematerialization under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
