RBL Bank has allotted 4,37,526 equity shares under ESOP on 25 May 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 61,91,37,806 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs. 619,13,78,060.

RBL Bank announced that Manjeev Singh Puri (DIN: 09166794) shall be completing his term as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Bank on 20 May 2026, and shall accordingly cease to be the Director of the Bank.
