RBL Bank Limited announced the allotment of 8,31,301 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each to eligible employees on August 24, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under its ESOP scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 1550,10,81,050 to Rs 1550,93,94,060.

RBL Bank Limited announced the allotment of 7,38,688 equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees on August 10, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under its ESOP scheme, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 1549,36,94,170 to Rs 1550,10,81,050.

RBL Bank announced that the Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the bank will be held on 2 September 2026.

RBL Bank has allotted 8,11,384 equity shares under ESOP on 05 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 154,93,69,417 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1549,36,94,170.

Net profit of RBL Bank rose 9.34% to Rs 234.23 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 214.22 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
