KRBL Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.93% to Rs 374.3 after the company`s net profit saw a strong growth of 67.81% to Rs 260.74 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 1.94% to Rs 1495.86 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Agricultural Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 56965.47 crore, rising 8.35%. It has slipped by 0.85% over last one week and ticked higher by 0.55% in last one month while the market capitalization of KRBL Ltd has improved by 0.09% and 10.41% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of KRBL Ltd stood at Rs 347.68 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 72.50% year-on-year, and jumping 65.41% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 243 crore, surging by 51.77% YoY and heading higher 10.11% sequentially. Total expenses softened by 8.15% to Rs 1211.76 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 803.68 crore, plunging by 37.68% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 55.12 crore, ticking higher by 4.59% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations inched higher 3.88% to Rs 5593.81 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 20.11% to Rs 476.05 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 70606% to Rs 613.08 crore, and PBT contracted 19.57% to Rs 640.01 crore compared to previous TTM. The company`s consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 960.75 crore in FY26, as against Rs 223.8 crore in FY25. KRBL Ltd plunged by 17.01% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.

KRBL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

KRBL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.5 per equity Share (i.e. 450%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of KRBL rose 0.76% to Rs 155.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 154.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 5.77% to Rs 1525.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1442.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 36.13% to Rs 648.04 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 476.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 9.01% to Rs 6097.86 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 5593.81 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
