SSPDL Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s shares will be closed for Designated Persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of conduct and SEBI regulations.

SSPDL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2026.

Net profit of SSPDL rose 377.12% to Rs 7.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
