ACC will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 24 July 2026.

ACC announced that the 90th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 26 June 2026.

Net profit of ACC declined 68.28% to Rs 238.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 751.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
