Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that shareholders approved an amendment to the Memorandum of Association at the 117th Annual General Meeting held on August 11, 2026, revising the Registered Office clause to specify the State of Maharashtra, aligning with the company’s relocation from Mumbai to Pune, which was previously approved on March 08, 2026.

Walchandnagar Industries has allotted 62,472 equity shares under ESOP on 03 August 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 13,58,09,064/- divided into 6,79,04,532 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

Walchandnagar Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.

Sales rose 75.24% to Rs 93.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 53.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 14.68 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 86.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 6.18% to Rs 275.19 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 259.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
