Patel, on August 25, 2026, causing him to cease being a director with effect from the same date. The Company`s net profit rose by 10.14% to Rs 45.17 crore, while revenue from operations increased 14.92% to Rs 201.78 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 17.12 lakh crore, easing 7.10%. It has slipped by 0.26% over last one week and rose by 14.71% in last one month while the market capitalization of Arman Financial Services Ltd has softened by 3.05% and 9.73% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Arman Financial Services Ltd stood at Rs 57.17 crore in Q2 FY26, nosediving by 611.82% year-on-year, and expanding by 35.83% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 58 crore, tumbling by 636.44% YoY and surging by 35.56% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 8.35% to Rs 144.65 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 42.6 crore, ticking higher by 2.72% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 10.37% to Rs 730.04 crore, while net profit tumbled by 70% to Rs 52.07 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 22874% to Rs 70.88 crore, and PBT plunged by 69.71% to Rs 69.09 crore compared to previous TTM. Arman Financial Services Ltd jumped 43.37% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.21% during the same period.
