Brand Realty is seeking shareholder ratification for remuneration paid to Whole-Time Director Kamal Manchanda that exceeded limits stipulated under Section 197 of the Companies Act of 2013. The resolution, presented as a Special Resolution (Item #4) on the agenda, will be voted on at the company’s Annual General Meeting on September 29th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:55 PM. Shareholders can participate via remote e-voting, which was open from September 27th at 9:00 AM to September 29th at 5:00 PM, or through ballot voting at the AGM venue.
