Wheels India Limited announced that its board approved a preferential issue of up to 1,269,391 equity shares at a price of INR 1418 per share, totaling up to Rs 180 crore, to TSF Investments Limited, Mr. Srivats Ram, Ms. Nivedita Ram, and Ms. Gita Ram.
