Peoples Investments Limited will hold a board meeting on November 2, 2026, to approve the un-audited financial statements for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company will close its trading window for securities dealings for 48 hours after the financial results are declared, in compliance with SEBI regulations.

Peoples Investments Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company`s internal code of conduct and SEBI regulations; the National Securities Depository Limited will freeze the PAN of designated persons during this period.

Peoples Investment will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 11 August 2026.
