Batliboi Ltd. received a certificate from Datamatics Business Solutions Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

Bhogilal Industries is seeking shareholder approval to allot 19,31,699 shares to Mr. Nirmal Bhogilal, a promoter group member, in exchange for settling an existing loan, increasing his stake from 29.75% to 32.51% of the company’s outstanding shares. The allotment, detailed in a notice for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will not trigger a change in control and will be subject to SEBI lock-in regulations, with a valuation report from CA Harsh Chandrakant Ruparelia used to determine the share price.
