WPIL announced that the 72th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 7 August 2026.

WPIL announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of WPIL rose 2208.00% to Rs 40.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales declined 10.60% to Rs 511.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 571.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 19.76% to Rs 158.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 132.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 2.64% to Rs 1854.57 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1806.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. WPIL`s South African subsidiary, PCI Africa, has received the official order, as part of a consortium for the lower Umkhomazi bulk water supply scheme Phase 2 : Construction of water works, from UMNGENI-UTHUKELA WATER. The awarded project is valued at approximately 7.583 Billion Rand (Rs. 4,405 crore) of which PCI`s portion is approximately 2.017 Billion Rand (Rs. 1,172 crore). The construction duration is 36 months excluding the defects notification period.

WPIL will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 May 2026.
