Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited said its board approved a request from Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited, a promoter, to reclassify its status to the ‘public’ category. The transferor promoter, which held 30.94% of the company`s equity share capital, transferred its 13,91,869 shares to Refex Holding Private Limited, another promoter, on August 14, 2026. Following the transfer, Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited will no longer hold any shares in the company. The board will now seek no-objection from the BSE Limited for the reclassification.

Refex Holding Private Limited disclosed the acquisition of 13,91,869 equity shares, representing 30.94% of the paid-up equity share capital, of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited through an inter-se transfer from Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited. The acquisition, which occurred on August 14, 2026, was part of an internal restructuring among promoters and promoter group, resulting in Refex Holding Private Limited holding 33,67,425 shares, or 74.86% of the total share capital, while Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited now holds no shares.

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure announced that the 32th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 18 September 2026.
