Elixir Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
