Oswal Overseas Limited will hold a board meeting on September 22, 2026, at its registered office in New Delhi to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2026, as per regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Oswal Overseas Limited informed the BSE Limited that the National Company Law Tribunal’s New Delhi Bench has allowed the withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) initiated against the company in CP (IB) No. 655/ND/2025, following a settlement with the sole financial creditor and 100% approval from the Committee of Creditors. The tribunal’s order, dated September 2, 2026, restores Oswal Overseas Limited to its position prior to the commencement of the CIRP, discharges the Interim Resolution Professional, and dismisses the related application.
