Automotive Axles announced that the 45th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 12 August 2026.

Automotive Axles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 32 per equity Share (i.e. 320%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Automotive Axles rose 17.33% to Rs 53.89 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 45.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.70% to Rs 664.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 559.64 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 5.68% to Rs 164.38 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 155.54 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
