National Fittings will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 August 2026.

National Fittings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of National Fittings declined 88.13% to Rs 1.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 14.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 0.21% to Rs 23.54 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 23.49 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 60.90% to Rs 9.11 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 23.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
