Walchand Peoplefirst announced that the 106th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the company will be held on 30 July 2026.

Walchand Peoplefirst announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net loss of Walchand Peoplefirst reported to Rs 0.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net profit of Rs 0.35 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 18.45% to Rs 10.08 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 8.51 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 92.78% to Rs 3.47 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 1.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
