Chemiesynth (Vapi) Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM to discuss and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report, as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.

Chemiesynth Vapi Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 10,00,000 unlisted Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares (NCRPS) on a private placement basis under the First Tranche, totaling Rs 10,00,00,000, following member approval and receipt of subscription money. The shares have a face value of Rs 10 per share and will mature on October 28, 2033, with a 5% cumulative dividend per annum payable in accordance with the terms of the issue.

Chemiesynth (Vapi) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished to stock exchanges as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with a confirmation certificate from Purva Sharegistry (I) Private Limited dated October 1, 2026.

Chemiesynth (Vapi) Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, with a board meeting to approve the financial statements scheduled on or before November 14, 2026.
