Apollo Hospitals Enterprise announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 24 June 2026.

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
