Hawa Engineers Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, until forty-eight hours after the announcement of its Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2026, as per circulars issued by BSE Limited.

Hawa Engineers Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting virtually, offering shareholders the option to participate and vote remotely via e-voting. Those attending the virtual meeting via video conferencing or online audio-visual meeting can vote during the meeting only if they have not already cast their vote remotely. Shareholders are encouraged to register questions in advance by email at least seven days prior to the meeting.
