Hawa Engineers Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting virtually, offering shareholders the option to participate and vote remotely via e-voting. Those attending the virtual meeting via video conferencing or online audio-visual meeting can vote during the meeting only if they have not already cast their vote remotely. Shareholders are encouraged to register questions in advance by email at least seven days prior to the meeting. To facilitate electronic communication and a paperless AGM, Hawa Engineers is urging shareholders to submit their PAN details to Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. and register their email addresses with the depositories. The company has also appointed M/s.
