Charms Industries Limited will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, and reopen 48 hours after the board meeting to approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026; during this period, trading by promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, employees, and their immediate relatives is prohibited.

Charms Industries Limited said its board approved the appointment of M/s Nisarg Sharma & Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, subject to member approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. The board also approved alterations to the company’s Memorandum of Association, including the inclusion of businesses related to iron and steel, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and real estate, and the adoption of a new set of Articles of Association aligned with the Companies Act, 2013.

Charms Industries will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Net Loss of Charms Industries reported to Rs 0.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. There were no Sales reported in the quarter ended March 2026 and during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 0.20 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 0.15 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
