Phoenix Mills will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 July 2026.

Phoenix Mills has allotted 17,428 equity shares under ESOP on 11 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs71,53,15,806 consisting of 35,76,57,903 Equity Shares having face value of Rs 2/- each.

Phoenix Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Phoenix Mills rose 50.04% to Rs 403.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 268.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 21.34% to Rs 1233.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 1016.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 24.34% to Rs 1223.82 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 984.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
