Emami Limited announced that shareholders at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Harsha Vardhan Agarwal as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective April 1, 2027, upon completion of his existing term on March 31, 2027.

Diwakar Finvest Private Limited disclosed the release of 22,630,000 shares and 6,140,000 shares of Emami Limited on August 5, 2026, as part of an agreement with a lender, Standard Chartered Capital Limited.
