Net profit of TCC Concept rose 71.06% to Rs 29.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 17.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 160.38% to Rs 83.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 32.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 49.62% to Rs 62.99 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 42.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. TCC Concept allots 76,112 equity shares on preferential basis,
TCC Concept has allotted 76,112 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 557.9445 (including a premium of Rs 547.9445) aggregating to Rs 4.24 crore on preferential basis to person other than the promoter group, being a shareholder of Pepperfry, for consideration other than cash, in lieu of additional acquisition of 0.23% stake in Pepperfry on a fully diluted basis by way of a share swap.
