Mobavenue AI Tech, through its wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, Mobavenue Global Holdings, has received a new international order worth approximately Rs 10.02 crore.

Mobavenue AI Tech announced the launch of PiiX, an AI-powered growth intelligence platform purpose-built for Apple Search Ads and the company`s first dedicated solution for the iOS ecosystem. The platform is designed to help app marketers do something that has traditionally been difficult at scale: translate high-intent App Store searches into quality installs, predictably and efficiently.

Mobavenue AI Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Mobavenue AI Tech rose 752.53% to Rs 8.44 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 1285.40% to Rs 62.62 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 4.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 203.83% to Rs 29.35 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 9.66 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
