Hisar Metal Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Hisar Metal Industries rose 100.00% to Rs 0.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 21.48% to Rs 72.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 59.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 6.29% to Rs 3.38 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 3.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
