Rajesh Laxmi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, for a term of five years, starting from the conclusion of the company`s 37th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of its 42nd AGM in 2030-31, as announced on September 3, 2026. The decision, made by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, complies with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
