Shakti Pumps (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Shakti Pumps (India) declined 65.23% to Rs 38.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 110.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 28.93% to Rs 857.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 665.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit declined 36.92% to Rs 257.58 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 408.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Shakti Pumps (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 May 2026.

Shakti Pumps (India) has received a Letter of Empanelment from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company for 6,580 Off-Grid Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) pumps of 3 HP, 5 HP, 7.5 HP for the entire state of Maharashtra under Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana. The total value of the 6,580 pumps is around Rs. 155.24 crore (inclusive of GST) which is to be executed within 60 days from the issuance of work order/NTP.

Net profit of Shakti Pumps (India) declined 69.53% to Rs 31.70 crore in the quarter ended December 2025 as against Rs 104.05 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2024.
