FILTRA CONSULTANTS AND ENGINEERS LTD announced August 17, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Seema C Kakade (DIN: 11881723) as an Additional Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective August 17, 2026, and until August 16, 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
