AvenuesAI Limited, formerly known as Infibeam Avenues Limited, reported no deviation or variation in the utilization of funds raised through its rights issue for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 11, 2026. The company had raised Rs 69,998.57 crore through the rights issue in July 2025, with Rs 34,999.29 crore received on application and Rs 34,598.71 crore on the final call.
