Patel as Secretarial Auditor for a period of five consecutive financial years, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 18th Annual General Meeting, with the term concluding at the 23rd AGM.

Zeal Aqua Limited said its board approved seeking shareholder approval for the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel as Whole-Time Director upon attaining the age of 70 years on August 31, 2026, during the remainder of his term from June 26, 2025, to June 25, 2030. Mr. Patel, who holds 1,34,35,200 equity shares, representing 10.66% of the company, is the father of Whole-Time Director Mr. Dhaval Shantilal Patel, and an Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for August 28, 2026, to approve the special resolution.

Zeal Aqua Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 28, 2026, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved the continuation of Mr. Shantilal Ishwarlal Patel as a Whole-Time Director upon attaining the age of 70 years. The company will submit the voting results and a report from the scrutinizer, Manish R. Patel, to the BSE Limited within two working days, as per SEBI regulations.

Zeal Aqua Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, at its registered office in Surat, Gujarat, to consider and approve the Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, and to decide on the book closure and cut-off dates for the 18th Annual General Meeting.
