Lambodhara Textiles will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 August 2026.

Lambodhara Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.5 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Lambodhara Textiles rose 1322.73% to Rs 3.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 0.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
