360 ONE WAM Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 3,49,696 equity shares of Re. 1 face value each to employees upon the exercise of stock options under the company’s Employee Stock Options Scheme(s), increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital from Rs 40,75,64,504 to Rs 40,79,14,200.

The Company`s net profit registered a growth of 14.47% to Rs 330.53 crore, while revenue from operations improved marginally 9.92% to Rs 1226.09 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. EBITDA came in at Rs 372 crore, rallying 38.24% YoY and expanding by 25.04% sequentially. Total expenses posted a minor rise of 5.27% to Rs 849.61 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 326.03 crore, registering a growth of 8.84% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations jumped by 34.48% to Rs 3370.71 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 26.25% to Rs 1015.3 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 24153% to Rs 877.62 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 33.54% to Rs 1346.82 crore compared to previous TTM. 360 ONE WAM Ltd jumped 12.36% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.21% during the same period.

360 ONE WAM has allotted 2,04,157 equity shares under ESOS on 21 July 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 40,68,89,174/- comprising of 40,68,89,174 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

Net profit of 360 ONE WAM rose 16.11% to Rs 330.53 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 284.67 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
