Indo National Limited announced an investment of Rs 3,90,94,666 in Class C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Axial Aero Private Limited, increasing its stake in the company to 7.97% from 7.67%. The investment, made via the acquisition of 35,249 shares at a price of Rs 1,109.10 per share, will facilitate business growth and revenue generation for Indo National, according to a regulatory filing. Axial Aero Private Limited, incorporated in 2020, develops motion-based flight simulators and has a turnover of Rs 1,43,30,818 for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Indo National Limited invested Rs 49,89,880 to acquire an additional 0.79% stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd, bringing its total shareholding in MMSPL to 63.07%. The acquisition, which involved purchasing 355 shares at Rs 14,056 per share, is intended to facilitate business growth and generate revenue, and is expected to be completed by fiscal year 2027-28. Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd, incorporated on June 7, 2020, is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distribution, and providing services related to air monitoring systems and air purifiers, with a turnover of Rs 1,45,60,000 in fiscal year 2025-26.

Indo National Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company`s securities will be closed for designated persons, including promoters, directors, and employees, from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited second quarter results for the half year ended September 30, 2026.

Indo National Limited announced that its board of directors approved an investment of Rs 3,90,94,666 in Axial Aero Private Limited by way of subscription to 35,249 Class C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, which will represent 7.97% of Axial Aero Private Limited’s share capital on a fully diluted basis, subject to certain conditions. The investment is part of a pre-Series A -1 round, with shares issued at a price of Rs 1,109.10 per share, and will allow Indo National Limited to nominate one member to the board of directors of Axial Aero Private Limited.

Indo National Limited invested Rs 50,03,864 in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd, increasing its stake in the company to 61.87% from a previous 61.09%, according to a regulatory filing on September 2, 2026. The acquisition, which involved purchasing 329 shares at prices ranging from Rs 14,056 to Rs 16,536 per share, will be completed by fiscal year 2027-28 and does not constitute a related party transaction. Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distribution and providing services in relation to Air Monitoring System and Air Purifiers, with a turnover of Rs 1,45,60,000 in fiscal year 2025-26.
