Clean Science and Technology Limited announced the allotment of 1,601 equity shares under its Clean Science and Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2021, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 10,62, 82,520 to Rs 10,62, 84,121. The allotment, approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on August 31, 2026, was made at an exercise price of Rs 500 per share with a premium of Rs 499 per share.

Clean Science & Technology has entered into a strategic long-term supply arrangement with Kemin Industries for the supply of key ingredients to support its food and feed industry. Under this partnership, the Company will serve as a substantial primary supplier for an initial term of five years.

Clean Science & Techology will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 1 August 2026.
