Sanghvi Brands Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, become publicly available, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Sanghvi Brands Limited, listed on the BSE Limited, held its annual general meeting virtually on September 18, 2026, with 491 members recorded in attendance and five promoters/public members participating via video conference. During the meeting, shareholders were expected to approve the company’s audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, as well as the re-appointment of Chairman Narendra Rikhabchand Sanghvi, the appointment of statutory auditors M/s. Komandoor & Co. LLP for a five-year term, and the appointment of Rohit Prakash Bafana as an independent director. Remote e-voting was conducted from September 15-17, 2026, and scrutinized by Priyanka Yadav, Practicing Company Secretary, while Bigshare Services Private Limited served as the registrar and share transfer agent. The official results of the voting are pending submission to the BSE Limited within two working days.
