Pritika Auto Industries Ltd. announced that its board approved a preferential issue of up to 64,00,000 equity shares and 4,00,000 convertible warrants by its subsidiary, Pritika Engineering Components Limited (PECL), to Promoter/Promoter Group and Non Promoter-Public categories, subject to member approval and other permissions, and also approved an investment of up to 50,00,000 equity shares in PECL through a preferential allotment against the conversion of outstanding unsecured loans into equity shares, both companies based in Mohali, India.
