Sunshine Capital Ltd share price slipped 4.17% to Rs 0.23 after the company`s net profit surged by 48.04% to Rs 1.51 crore, while revenue from operations softened by 4.85% to Rs 0.98 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26. The market capitalization of Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 18.54 lakh crore, gaining 7.21%. It has slipped by 6.74% over last one week and dropped by 12.46% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sunshine Capital Ltd has remained flat Profit before tax (PBT) of Sunshine Capital Ltd stood at Rs 1.51 crore in Q3 FY26, surging by 139.68% year-on-year, and expanding by 48.04% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, rallying 465.38% YoY and jumping 44.12% sequentially. Total expenses slumped by 2650% to Rs 0.51 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 0.21 crore, surging 40% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations sank 40.20% to Rs 5.34 crore, while net profit tumbled by 4413.24% to Rs 29.33 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 50% to Rs 30.23 crore, and PBT collapsed by 4446.38% to Rs 29.99 crore compared to previous TTM. Sunshine Capital Ltd crashed 55.77% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.52% during the same period.

Sunshine Capital Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at its registered office in New Delhi to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company’s trading window will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain so until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
