Profit before tax (PBT) of SMC Global Securities Ltd stood at Rs 46.58 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 21.43% year-on-year, and surging by 58.87% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 51 crore, jumping 16.77% YoY and expanding by 80.15% sequentially. Total expenses eased by 4.63% to Rs 469.02 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 101.62 crore, ticking higher by 5.29% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations tick up 5.70% to Rs 1876.92 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 29.67% to Rs 103.25 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 19917% to Rs 147.49 crore, and PBT tumbled by 29.94% to Rs 134.53 crore compared to previous TTM. SMC Global Securities Ltd surged by 14.28% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.21% during the same period.

SMC Global Securities announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
