National Securities Depository announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 April 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of National Securities Depository rose 5.17% to Rs 79.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 75.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.
