Transrail Lighting will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2026.

The board of Transrail Lighting at its meeting held on 28 July 2026 has approved raising up to Rs 600 crore by way of issue of equity shares / equity-linked securities under qualified institutional placement.

Transrail Lighting announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 July 2026, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
