Kumar Mangat Pathak, a promoter of Panorama Studios International Ltd., disclosed to the BSE Ltd. the pledging of 60,00,000 equity shares of the company to Motilal Oswal Financial Services on August 24, 2026, for personal borrowing. Pathak’s total holding in Panorama Studios International Ltd. is 9,18,83,774 shares, representing 35.27% of the total share capital, with 2,75,75,000 shares, or 10.58%, previously encumbered.

Panorama Studios Intl. will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 August 2026.

Panorama Studios International has executed a Licensing Agreement with Agape Films, for the syndication of non theatrical rights for the entire world including India of the short film titled �Manu starring Shankhadeep Banerjee and others directed by Ganesh Pareek
