K.P. Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of K.P. Energy rose 71.85% to Rs 78.69 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 45.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 57.48% to Rs 631.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 401.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.For the full year,net profit rose 57.29% to Rs 181.40 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 115.33 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. K.P. Energy will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 May 2026.

 K.P. Energy has been granted an Inter-State Electricity Trading Licence (Category V) by the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), marking an important step in strengthening the Company`s presence in India`s evolving power markets. This approval authorises the Company to undertake electricity trading across state boundaries, enabling participation in national power markets and enhancing the Company`s ability to align power sales with demand dynamics across regions.
