Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly known as Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change in the company’s name and issued a fresh certificate of incorporation, effective August 14, 2026. The BSE Limited has also approved the application for the name change, and the company will now be known as Tavexia Lifecare Limited.

Sattav Sukun Lifecare announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company will be held on 22 July 2026.

Sattav Sukun Lifecare has adjourned the meeting of the Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on 29 June 2026. The meeting will now be held on 30 June 2026.
