Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, has informed the BSE Ltd. that its book closure will be from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, both dates inclusive, for the purpose of the 46th Annual General Meeting.

The company authorized the exploration of acquiring shares of Meyonex Pharmaceuticals Limited, a pharmaceutical company with a registered address in Palghar, Maharashtra, and an authorized capital of Rs 20,00,00,000. Additionally, the board accepted the resignation of M/s. SSRV and Associates as Statutory Auditors, effective immediately, and appointed M/s DEVAM & Associates LLP to the role, pending shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Khushboo Vasudev was also re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, also subject to shareholder approval. Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, to consider the re-appointment of Mrs. Khushboo Vasudev as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from December 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and to approve a proposal for Material Related Party Transactions under section 188 of the Companies Act 2013, also pending shareholder approval.

Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly known as Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change in the company’s name and issued a fresh certificate of incorporation, effective August 14, 2026. The BSE Limited has also approved the application for the name change, and the company will now be known as Tavexia Lifecare Limited.
