Elitecon renews leadership with resumption of banking operations,
Elitecon International has appointed Vipin Sharma and Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors, effective 22 July 2026 and subject to shareholder approval as banking operations resume. Vipin Sharma`s return is a homecoming. A promoter of the Company and a second-generation entrepreneur, he has devoted more than three decades to some of India`s most demanding and closely regulated industries. Beginning his professional journey in the pharmaceutical sector in 1987, he assumed charge of his family enterprise, Stella Inc., in 1993, and went on to establish Mridul Perfumery in 2005 and Mridul Tobie Inc. in 2019. (2019). As Managing Director of EIL until April 2026, he transformed the Company from a modest listed entity into a diversified, multi-category enterprise - building its manufacturing base in Nashik, extending its brand portfolio across sectors, and carrying the EIL name into international markets. The Company that stands today bears his imprint at every level. In April this year, he had stepped back from executive office with the stated intention of retiring from active corporate life; when the Company needed him, he set retirement aside and stepped in - to take charge of its operational revival and lead it from the front.Pradeep Kumar joins the Board from within the EIL family, serving as a Director of Golden Cryo, a subsidiary of the Company. He brings more than 23 years of leadership in large-scale construction and infrastructure, along with five years in tobacco-industry operations - experience that equips him to contribute to the Company`s revival from day

Elitecon plans strategic roadmap for diversified FMCG platform,
Elitecon International has announced a strategic roadmap to build a diversified FMCG platform targeting approximately Rs. 20,000 crore in revenue by FY2030. The company`s expansion strategy is anchored on a dual-platform model comprising its international tobacco export business and a phased FMCG rollout focused on packaged foods and snacks, edible oils, and everyday household essentials. The planned FMCG expansion will be supported through the company`s existing 40,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Nashik, Maharashtra together with proposed capability enhancement initiatives to be undertaken in a calibrated manner, based on commercial visibility and operational readiness. Elitecon International currently holds a USD 119 Million+ contracted tobacco order book spanning Africa and the Middle East. This includes a two-year export agreement with South Africa-based Bozza Tobacco valued at approximately INR 2.02 billion, alongside an ongoing USD 97.35 million order under execution for the Middle East through Yuvi International Trade FZE.Under its FMCG roadmap, Elitecon International has outlined an indicative capital outlay of Rs. 700 crore, with plans to build a distribution network targeting 5,000 partners and presence across 5,00,000+ retail outlets and 15+ international markets over time. The company also aims to scale a portfolio comprising 10 consumer brands and 150+ SKUs as part of the phased rollout framework.

Elitecon secures export order of Rs 202 cr,
Elitecon International has been awarded a long-term supply contract for the supply of cigarettes and other tobacco-allied products, aggregating to a contract value of Rs 202 crore from Johannesburg-based Bozza Tobacco. The agreement also strengthens the Company`s presence in South African markets and aligns with its ongoing focus on expanding exports and building a sustainable, scalable business model. Overall, the order is expected to contribute positively to business stability and long-term growth. This contract will be a milestone and a stepping stone to enter into the African Continent.
