Fractal Analytics Limited announced that its step-down subsidiary, Fractal Analytics Sweden AB, has been voluntarily liquidated with effect from July 15, 2026, following an intimation received by the company on September 2, 2026. The liquidation, carried out to simplify the group’s corporate structure and reduce administrative costs, was performed by Fractal Private Limited, the parent company of Fractal Analytics Sweden AB.

Fractal Analytics Limited announced that its Option Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 80,145 equity shares under the 2007 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, 9,37,578 equity shares under the 2019 Fractal Employees Stock Option Plan, and 39,430 equity shares under The Fractal Analytics Limited Time Based Key Employee Stock Incentive Plan 2019, resulting in a paid-up share capital of Rs 17,30,22,265.

Fractal Analytics announced the dissolution of its Fractal Frontiers Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Senseforth AI Research and a step-down subsidiary of the company with effect from 21 July 2026.

Net profit of Fractal Analytics rose 97.87% to Rs 74.20 crore in the quarter ended June 2026 as against Rs 37.50 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2025.
